Self-Audit

The lawn needs mowing, trees have to be pruned, gutter’s need cleaning and the car is overdue for a service.
The pool water needs to be tested, the fence could do with some paint and the windows haven’t been cleaned since forever.
The curtains need a clean, the washing is piling up and it’s quicker to buy another, rather than cleaning out the cupboards!!
The list goes on and feels never ending, but we will progress through it and will always feel satisfaction on its completion.

Does this resonate with you?
We constantly fit these “duties” into our already busy work schedule and accept them as a part of life, which they most definitely are.
We always manage to find the time to accomplish this, yet when it comes to assessing our mental, physical or spiritual health we find ourselves caught for time.
When was the last time you undertook a self-audit, if ever?
Self-honesty is imperative when scanning your mind, body and heart, as is deep attention.

Pay yourself first by truthfully assessing all aspects of your life, giving a picture of where you currently stand against where you wish to be. Write down the answers to your questions to allow yourself a base from which to start, and methodically audit every aspect that relates to offering you inner peace and satisfaction.
The benefits we receive from this are immense, this renewed clarity affords us the opportunity to make necessary changes to achieve our desired results and our happiness factor is raised considerably.
Prioritise your life to ensure you come first with regards to your mental, physical and spiritual health and undergo a self-audit asap.
