I have a belief that if we put ourselves second, second last and last we ensure that we are committed to putting others first. In doing this we create an environment of trust, empathy and a deeper connection. I can hear people saying that in doing this they’ll be taken advantage of, and on occasions this is true, but if we truly desire to change the world’s consciousness, it starts with the actions of one. It’s as simple as being fully present in our relationships, listening, observing and responding, not reacting. Give of yourself fully to create the beginning of change. Today’s world is teetering on an axis of egoic greed, let kindness and gratitude prevail by becoming the change.
