Projection and Reflection

The power of our thought is profound in the manner in which it affects every facet of our life whilst attracting very little attention to the damage it can create.
Through a very basic process of projection and reflection our entire physiological and psychological structure can be affected, and often with very dire consequences.
When we allow our thought process to project to the future or reflect on past experiences, we can open the door to a series of events that drain energy, raise blood pressure, increase stress and anxiety level’s and increase heart rate whilst leaving us completely oblivious to its cause.
If you can allow yourself to remain highly alert to subtle physical and mental changes from a once calm state, apply a mental scan to determine when and why these changes occurred and undoubtedly you will find that you have permitted your unconscious mind to sink into thoughts of past events, or you’ve begun to project on future outcomes.

The more you can focus on these changes, the greater your ability will become in returning yourself to present moment awareness. With practice you will realise that nothing positive stems from past or future thought projection, that life resides in the present moment, and you hold all necessary tools and skills to deal with anything that arises at this time.
The realisation that something as simple as taking control of your thinking can make such incredible change to your overall health is massive.
Take ownership of your wellbeing by becoming the master of your thoughts.
